The Finger Lakes Cork and Fork is a two-day event that offers participants an opportunity to sample and buy locally-made products from area farms, wineries, chefs, restaurants and other food producers. It features cooking demonstrations (with local chefs and celebrities), food demonstrations and educational seminars from regional industry experts.

Last year, the event featured a diverse attendance (including nine U.S. states and two countries), more than 70 regional exhibitors (from 11 different Finger Lakes counties), and a variety of products from some of the best food producers in the Finger Lakes Region. In addition, proceeds helped benefit the Southern Tier Food Bank and the Seneca County House of Concern.

Finger Lakes Cork & Fork has been featured in numerous publications and has been recognized as a regionally significant event for its efforts in helping raise awareness of the region’s culinary movement. We are proud to be supported and endorsed by the Pride of New York, the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty, Cornell Cooperative Extension, the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, and the Farm Market Federation of New York.
